What Facilities are Available at the St. George Carousel – Next to Town Square?

The St. George Carousel – next to Town Square – is one of the most visited parks in St. George, Utah. The park is fully equipped with a carousel, a city pool, recreation center, tennis and pickle ball courts, urban fishing ponds, and many more. Furthermore, the park offers programs and classes of various activities as well, such as aerobics, karate, lawn bowling, pottery, and many more.

Recreation Center

The recreation center in the park is considered as the premiere recreation center all over Southern Utah and is fully equipped with everything that everyone would need for recreation. They offer fitness classes as well as strength training equipment for everyone and they even have instructions on jewelry work on a highly functional lapidary. They also have the most well maintained racquetball courts all over Utah.

So if you live nearby and you are looking for ways to create great memories with friends and family members, or perhaps, you just want to shed those excess pounds while meeting new friends, the St. George Recreation Center is definitely the best place to be.

Other Facilities

Aside from the recreation center, the park also features a carousel, which kids and the entire family will certainly love to visit on weekends. There is also a city pool that the entire family can use, and is fully equipped with a hydro tube.

There are also pickle ball and tennis courts available. In addition, there are softball complexes, skate park, a nature center, as well as fishing ponds. There are also facilities dedicated for arts and crafts and several leisure and recreation activities. The park is indeed the best place for friends and family to bond.

Reservation

For reservation, simply check out the official website of St. George Carousel – Next to Town Square. Click on the facilities that you would like to reserve which are found under the “St. George Facilities” section in order to view the price as well as the amount of deposit needed.

Remember, your reservation will not be finalized if you will not make any deposit. Then click on the Reservations option to make your reservation for such facility.

It is also important that you register before you make a reservation. Once you are registered, you can also register for other activities and classes within the park, such as the adult sports, youth sports, and other special events.

The Recreation Center of St. George Utah was brought about by the Leisure Services Administration of St. George. Their mission is to improve the overall quality of life of the community, as well as the aesthetic beauty, by establishing parks and recreation centers that are fully equipped with all the recreation facilities and equipment.
