Peace on the Green – a 2,700 sq ft Luxury Villa
This home is located on the 18th green at the Ledges Golf course. It offers an large roof patio that gives you amazing views of the golf course, as well as the neighboring Snow Canyon State park. The red and white sandstone that surrounds the area will both inspires, and calm you. This roof patio is really what sets this home apart from others, as it’s the perfect setting for creating memories while soaking in the sun and views.
It has a 2 car garage, and 3 bedrooms with all of the upgrades that you could want; including granite countertops, HD flat screen TV’s, stunning stainless steel appliances, and more. The views from the bedrooms are hard to beat, and only add to the feeling of luxury. It has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and is able to sleep 12 people. There’s a BBQ on the back patio with peaceful views of the greens.
The Retreat at The Ledges – 3,859 sq ft Luxury Home
The Retreat offers you options. It’s built to be rented out either as the full house, or in sections, (main floor/walkout basement/casita), this allows it to accommodate varying sizes of groups. With a max capacity of 14 people in the 5 bedrooms (4.5 baths).
This home as well has all of the upgrades that you could want, includes HD flat screen TV’s, quartz and granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a floorplan that’s open and inviting. There’s an outdoor gas grill as well as a covered patio both on the main floor, as well as the basement, each of which overlook Hole #1 on the golf course.
What to do at the Ledges
Of course there’s the golfing, but just down the hill is arguably one of the most stunning state parks in all of Utah, Snow Canyon State Park. The white and red rocks that frame the picture of The Ledges is what makes it so special. There are hiking trails, and biking trails throughout the park that give you an up-close intimate feel for the area. There’s a sand dune section, there’s a cave you can explore in, there are overlooks that will take your breath away, basically it is amazing there.
