Ranked by St. George Vacation Rentals’ Guests as #1 in the top 10 Best Casual Restaurants in St. George Utah and I’d have to agree. Cafe Rio was started right here in Saint George and has since expanded and opened over a hundred restaurants in eleven different states!
Cafe Rio is famous for its sweet pork and huge salads, but offers lots of different options, including vegetarian and gluten free. People love the sweet pork burritos and huge salads. My favorite is the steak burrito, enchilada style (smothered with sauce and melted cheese). And have I mentioned their tortillas? Made fresh as you order. They are to die for and kids even get free quesadillas.
