Spring is coming soon and you know what that means – it’s the start of wedding season and you’re trying to plan your best friends Bachelorette Party.

You’re visiting St. George Vacation Rentals blog, so most likely you’ve already decided a boring bachelorette party in your living room just won’t cut it.  Smart.  Your normal weekend hangouts just aren’t special enough either, and you know that. So, it’s time for a road trip and what better place than St. George, Utah?!

St. George lodging via St. George Vacation Rentals is so much better than a hotel room.  You can save cash by getting a big, multi-room condo to share with your whole group.  You’ll have more fun by staying together in one place too.

Okay, it’s settled, you’ll stay with us.  Now lets talk about some bachelorette weekend planning ideas.  It’s a good idea to make sure the type of party you’re hosting fits the personality of the bachelorette as well as the girlfriends attending.  You want to make sure a good time is had by all and that’s a lot of pressure! Plus, with a multiple day bachelorette party, you want to mix up the itinerary to include relaxing, casual, and dress-up evening type events.   With that in mind, here’s some ideas:

Get Pampered at the Spa

There are multiple spas in St. George. Depending on whether you’re just looking to get pedicures together or spend the whole afternoon relaxing, St. George can meet all of your spa needs, plus, the bride-to-be will appreciate the stress-buster…and I’m sure you will too!

Have a Scavenger Hunt Around the Las Palmas Grounds

You’re adults, but that doesn’t mean you have to act like it!  A scavenger hunt, with clues and a treasure map, will bring out the children in all of you, and prizes can be as grown-up as you like (sexy lingerie or gift certificates for a massage, for instance).  Be creative! You can even plan your scavenger hunt around the city, Amazing Race style.

Say Hi to Mother Nature

There are a ton of great hiking locations in and around St. George.  Plan a group hike and see the beautiful red St. George landscape up close.

Get Competitive

You know all the single women attending the wedding will fight for the tossed bride’s flower bouquet.  Well, why not start the competition early with a tennis tournament?  There are plenty of courts, and securing multiple is usually really easy.

Roll the Dice

Let’s face it, marriage is a gamble, so why not roll the dice during the bachelorette party weekend as well?  Mesquite, Nevada is only 40 miles away. Get your bride all dressed up with her  tiara and veil and hit the town. An evening in the casino is always a lot of fun, and who knows, you may just get lucky.

Oh, and don’t forget your bridesmaid sashes! It wouldn’t be a bachelorette party without them!

Just Chill By One of the Pools

This is my favorite – just relax by the pool of your choice.  Get a bit of color in your skin prior to the wedding (not too much though!).  Sip on some lemonade and catch up with your girlfriends poolside.

No matter what you do as long as you’re all together, you will have fun. Quit stressing and start planning the bachelorette party everyone will talk about for years!

Book your St. George lodging now, and start your bachelorette party weekend planning in earnest.  A good time is in store for all.  Promise.
