  • Where are the properties located?

    All the vacation rentals are located in the Green Valley area of St. George just 4 miles west of downtown St. George. Click here for a map of all properties. Driving directions are sent via email when a reservation is made. Most of the condos we manage are in the Las Palmas Resort.  The physical address of the Las Palmas complex is:

  • What are the arrival and departure times? Can I arrive early or depart late?

    The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $20, $30, $40, or $50 for a 1, 2, 3, or 4 bedroom condo respectively for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • How do I check-in to the condo?

    All condo are secured by a keyless combination lock. The code and instructions are received via email when you book the condo.

  • Do we have access to all facilities at the Resort?
  • What is the cancellation policy, how am I charged, and how much is the deposit?

    Short-term guests who booked through our website (StGeorgeVacationRentals.com) will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and may cancel 5+ days before arrival date for a full refund or 1+ days before arrival date for a 50% refund. No cancellations are allowed on or after arrival date. No exceptions are made for any reason. Contact us to within 3 days of booking to purchase Cancel Anytime protection for 12% of your reservation cost.

    Long-term guests, who book for 30 nights or longer and who book through our website, will be charged 15 days prior to arrival date and 15 days prior to the beginning of each subsequent month. You can cancel your booking at any time to stop future charges. However, any charges already incurred will not be refunded. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.

    Guests who booked through another website are subject to the cancellation policy set for the reservation by the booking site. No exceptions are made for any reason. Cancel Anytime protection is not available.

  • Do you have discounted monthly rentals or winter rentals?

    We offer long-term pricing on bookings of 29 nights. You may book multiple back-to-back reservations, but you may not book longer than 29 nights in a single reservation. We will clean and refresh the unit between bookings!

  • Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?

    Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in the complexes.

  • What are the additional charges besides the room rate?

    Utah State Sales (6.35%), Lodging (4.25%), and City Innkeepers (1%) taxes are collected on all rentals except on stays over 30 days. A one time cleaning fee is charged.

  • Are towels and linens provided? Is there daily maid service?

    Yes – towels and linens are provided. A few cabana towels are provided in your condo. 4 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes are proved in each bathroom. Most of our guests prefer not to have daily maid service as each condo has a washer & dryer. Towels and linens can be refreshed daily or at your request for a fee. A complete cleaning service is available on request. Please email a request for these services and for pricing.

  • Is high-speed internet access available?

    All condos have free wireless high-speed internet access. The signal name and passcode will be sent in your confirmation. Your computer must have the capability to receive the wireless signal. Please contact support for your computer if you are unsure of its capabilities.

  • Does the condo include phone use?

    No, unfortunately phone service is not included with the condo.

  • Is an elevator available?

    All condos on the second or third floor do have access to an elevator. If a key is required, it will be found in your condo.

  • Do we need to clean the condo before departure?

    No, you are on vacation so let us take care of the cleaning. As long as the condo isn’t left excessively dirty we can take care of the rest.

  • Are garages available? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?

    Garages are not available, but there is plenty of parking available for your trailer or RV. At Las Palmas Resort, you may park short-term on the side of building 18. At other resorts, you may park in the overflow parking lots adjacent to the complex.

  • What is the address to send correspondence to the condos and to management?

    The condos are not set up to receive mail. If you are staying for an extended time period, you can set the mailbox up at the postoffice by showing your confirmation. The mailing address will be the physical address of the complex (see above) followed by the condo number. To send mail to St. George Vacation Rentals, please email us and ask for our mailing address.

  • I made a reservation and have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?

    Please send an email with the name in which the reservation was made and your phone number. If your arrival date is within one day or you will not have access to your email within one day, please call (435) 275-4419.

  • Are St. George golf course packages or Tuacahn theatre packages available?

    No, packages generally are operationally time consuming and only offer a few dollars of discount. Therefore, we have chosen to focus our time on providing the best condo lodging available in St. George.

  • Am I guaranteed to stay in the condo I reserved?

    Condo changes are infrequent but on occasion, a change is necessary. If a change is required, we will do everything within our control to find an equivalent or better condo at the same or better price.
