ndo in the rental pool number 809. Normally, SGVR doesn’t introduce all new condos but this condo is arguably be the nicest condo in Las Palmas and it definitely is the largest.
The condo is located in the newest building on the ridge. The view is spectacular. It’s a collage of the red Snow Canyon cliffs, the blue mountain ranges, and the black lava rock hills.
The condo was
built in 2002 and has hardly been used. In fact, we had to turn the breaker on to the oven, dishwasher, and water heater as they hadn’t been used ever or for a long time.
