Where are the St. George Vacation Rentals located?

All the vacation rentals are located in the Las Palmas Condominium complex at the Green Valley Resort just 4 miles west of downtown St. George. Click here for a map of Saint George, Utah. Driving directions are sent via email when a reservation is made. The physical address of the complex is:

What are the arrival and departure times? Can I arrive early or depart late?

The arrival time is 4pm and the departure time is 11am. You may email a request to arrive at 1pm or depart at 2pm. The fee is $25 for each arrival or departure change. Most requests are granted if made at least 24 hours in advance.

How do I check-in to the condo?

All condo are secured by a keyless combination lock. The code and instructions are received via email when you book the condo.

Do we have access to all facilities at the Resort?
All condos have access to the 2 Las Palmas pools and hot tubs.
A key will be inside the condo for access. Every condo has a different access level to the larger/older Green Valley Resort facilities. Please see the Green Valley Resort Page for detailed information.

What is the cancellation policy, how am I charged, and how much is the deposit?

We value our guests and would hate to charge for a condo that was unused. Therefore, we have implemented the most lenient policy in the industry. Feel secure in booking that condo because you can cancel for any reason any time before your arrival date. If you cancel more than 10 days until the arrival date, you will incur no charge. If you cancel within 10 days of the arrival date, 100% of the funds paid will be issued back to you in the form of a credit which may be used at any time and for any condo.
If you do need to cancel, please
email us with the last name the reservation was made under and the arrival date. We will reply with an emaill, the email will serve as proof of your cancellation. The credit card will be charged 10 days before arrival. If the credit card is not valid and no correction is made 10 days before arrival, the reservation is subject to cancellation. The credit card serves as a deposit and will be charged for missing items, damage to the unit, or if the unit is left excessively dirty.

Do you have discounted monthly rentals or winter rentals?

We do have monthly rentals. Please see the corporate housing rentals page for more information. Because of the large request for vacation lodging, we do not have discounted monthly rates for March and April.

Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?

Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed in the complex. There are some condos at Sports Village that do allow pets.

What are the additional charges besides the room rate?

Utah State Sales (6.25%), Lodging (4.25%), and City Innkeepers (1%) taxes are collected on all rentals except on stays over 30 days. A one time cleaning fee of $62 is charged.

Are towels and linens provided? Is there daily maid service?

Yes - towels and linens are provided. The large resort pool area has pool towels available for you and cabana towels are provided in your condo to use for the smaller Las Palmas pool areas. 4 large bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 wash clothes are proved in each bathroom. For a fee of $25, we can provide a complete towels set of bath towles for each person in your group. 1,2,3/4 bedroom condos receive 2,4, and 6 pool towles respectively. For a fee of $25, we can provide a pool towel for each person in your group. Most of our guests prefer not to have daily maid service as each condo has a washer & dryer. Towels and linens can be refreshed daily or at your request for a fee. A complete cleaning service is available on request. Please email a request for these services and for pricing.

Is high-speed internet access available?

All condos now have free wireless high-speed internet access. Please choose the strongest signal (besides 'paid access') that is not password protected. Your computer must have the capability to receive the wireless signal. Please contact support for your computer if you are unsure of its capabilities.

Does the condo include phone use?

No, unfortunately phone service is not included with the condo.  

Is an elevator available?

All condos on the second or third floor do have access to an elevator. If a key is required, it will be found in your condo.

Do we need to clean the condo before departure?

No, you are on vacation so let us take care of the cleaning. As long as the condo isn't left excessively dirty we can take care of the rest.

Are garages available? Can I park a boat or RV at the complex?

There is plenty of parking at the complex. Garages are available but may or may not be in the same building as your rental. Garages can be rented for a flat fee of $25 for your entire stay or for $25/month. Please email a request for use of a garage. Unfortunately there is no official RV or boat parking at the complex. Although besides busy weekends, you may be able to park by building 18. In addition, you may use the parking facilities at the Sports Village complex right across the street if you reserve in advance. Their number is (435) 628-3981.

What is the address to send correspondence to the condos and to management?

The condos are not set up to receive mail. If you are staying for an extended time period, we can set the mailbox up for you for a fee of $44 (this may take up to 2 weeks). The mailing address will be the physical address of the complex (see above) followed by the condo number. Please send us an email to set this up. To send mail to St. George Vacation Rentals, please email us and ask for our mailing address.

I made a reservation and have not received an email confirmation. What should I do?

Please send an email with the name in which the reservation was made and your phone number. If your check-in date is within one day or you will not have access to your email within one day, please call (435) 275-4419.

Are St. George golf course packages or Tuacahn theatre packages available?

No, packages generally are operationally time consuming and only offer a few dollars of discount. Therefore, we have chosen to focus our time on providing the best condo lodging available in St. George.

Am I guaranteed to stay in the condo I reserved?

Condo changes are infrequent but on occasion, a change is necessary. If a change is required, we will do everything within our control to find an equivalent or better condo at the same or better price.
